This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and xStock Lens ("Developer") for the use of the mobile application xStock Lens. By installing or using the app, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
xStock Lens grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the xStock Lens application on devices owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with the terms of this license.

The application, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of xStock Lens. Third-party names, token symbols, issuer references, and source links remain the property of their respective owners and are shown for informational source review.
Your use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the application, you consent to the collection and use of data as outlined in that policy to ensure the functionality and security of the service.
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or xStock Lens. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xStock Lens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the application. The application is informational only and does not provide brokerage services, custody, trade execution, financial advice, price predictions, or performance guarantees.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xStock Lens is registered, excluding its conflict of law rules.
