xStock Lens ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile application xStock Lens (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

Personal Data: The App does not require an account or email address. If you use the optional signed-message identity feature, the App may process a wallet address, signed message, signature, and local review receipt. Watchlist items and review notes are stored locally on your device.
Usage Data: We may receive limited technical information when the App or website accesses our service, such as Internet Protocol address, device type, operating system version, request time, and diagnostic data needed to maintain the Service.
Blockchain Data: The App displays public Solana and tokenized-stock source information. Optional signed-message identity is for local review identity only and is not used by the App to execute trades, custody assets, or submit blockchain transactions.

If you choose to use external wallet apps, source websites, or blockchain services outside the App, public blockchain activity and wallet addresses may be visible to others according to those external services and network rules.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
